Product description
The allegorical play Sodom, which has been called the most obscene play ever written, presents, as its title suggests, arguments in support of the homosexual relationship in particular as a more fulfilling alternative to the heterosexual relationship, and is a kind of ode to the male sexual organ in general. The two prologues, five acts, and three epilogues are set in the court of King Bolloxinion and Queen Cuntigratia, where characters with telling names such as the court ladies Fuckadilla, Cunticulla a Clytoris express their frustration with sexual unfulfillment. The play contains a wealth of cultural and literary references, the characters speak in frank and unadorned colorful language, and many kinds of sexual gratification are mentioned and experienced, with sodomy clearly winning out.
