Personal data protection


I. Legislative regulation

In accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, and Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council (GDPR), dated 26.4.2016, the Seller processes and uses the data and personal data of the Buyer submitted by the Buyer in the context of the order and the fulfillment of the obligations under the Purchase Contract.


II.

Personal data

This is data relating to the person of the buyer, which is a necessary condition for the acceptance and processing of the order by the seller. Data is necessary for the conclusion of the purchase contract between the buyer and the seller. This includes the following data about the buyer: name and surname, address (street, description number, city, postcode), country, contact e-mail, contact telephone.


III.

Processing of personal data

The personal data of the buyer is processed by the seller in accordance with Article I. The data is about the buyer and the purchase contract is stored in a secure database. The Seller, as the processor of personal data, has the right to entrust a third party with the management of this data. In this case, the seller has an information obligation towards the buyer. The Buyer has the right, in case of doubt about the proper processing of their personal data, to ask the Seller for an explanation or correction or removal of the undesirable situation.


IV.

Consent of the Buyer

For the processing and storage of the Buyer's personal data, the Seller must have the Buyer's express consent. This consent is granted for a period of 10 years from the date on which the buyer has given his consent. The buyer has the right to consent to the processing of his personal data also for marketing purposes. At the end of the archiving period, the buyer's personal data is removed from the seller's database. The buyer gives his consent via the order form on the seller's website, as part of the ordering of goods. Buyer's rights

The buyer has the right to be informed by the seller which of his personal data are processed and stored and in what way. The buyer has the right to ask the controller to correct or supplement his personal data without delay. The buyer has the right to ask the controller to delete his personal data. The buyer has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes. The buyer has the right to request that his/her personal data be transferred to another controller.
